She was predeceased by: her parents, Essie Mae McDaniel and Willie McDaniel (Jeremiah McCallister Sr.); and her siblings, Edna McDaniel (Cynthia Hallford) and Willie Mc Daniel Jr.. She is survived by: her son Jeremiah McCallister Jr. Carshana Gissendanner (Calvin); her siblings, Helen Newsome, Mattie McDaniel, Iris Wym and Eddie Joe McDaniel; and her close friends, Dee Calhound, BeBe and Willie Dean. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 3 greatgrandchildren.
