He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jennings Cook, Sr. and Melvina Spencer Cook; his granddaughter Caitlyn Cook; and his brothers, William Jennings Cook, II (Junior), Allen Wilmer Cook (Shorty), Lloyd Jack Cook, William Homer Cook and Roy Kenneth Cook, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Christine V. Cook; his sons, Libbern G. Cook (Ruth), Leslie L. Cook (Linda) and Joey D. Cook; his grandchildren, Tara Caldwell, Lindsay Hull, Camille Gelston, Adam Cook, Jacob Cook and Noah Cook; and his great grandchildren, Samuel Kalama, Isaac Kalama, Shea Kalama, Charlie Hull, Claire Hull, Hannah Hull, Winston Hull, William Hull, Teva Gelston, June Gelston and Rowan Gelston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
