He is survived by: his wife Shirley Reynolds Burnette; his children, Michael Burnette (Marko) and Michele Paramore (Darren); his grandchildren, Carson Johnson (Travis), Nason Paramore and Braeden Paramore; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Johnson of Ozark and Collins Johnson of Ozark; and his sister Mary Shirley of Birmingham.
