It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Crumb of Ozark, Alabama, born in Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brown Hicks and Marie Shepard Hicks; her husband Johnnie Ronald Crumb; her siblings, Sue Crum, Bud Hicks and John Ray Hicks; and her brothers-in-law, Fred Miller and Joe Sawyer.
She is survived by: her children, Rena Crumb, Karen Charping (John), Ronald Crumb of Ozark and Steven Crumb of Ozark; her sisters, Peggy Miller and Elizabeth Sawyer; her grandchildren, Brittney Naquin (Chris), Christopher Crumb (Casie) and Trevor Crumb (Megan); her stepgrandson Ben Garner; her great grandchildren, Remington DuBose, Hampton DuBose, Conner Crumb, Carson Crumb and Maggie Crumb; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Skyla Naquin, Noah Naquin and Tucker Burkhalter; and her uncle George Hicks (Jinny).
