He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Cooper Kramer of Ozark; his children, Heather Robinson (Dion) of Ozark, Nicole Bullard (Randy) of St. Louis, Joseph William Kramer III of St. Louis and Jeff Tarent (Erica) of Missouri; and his siblings, Mary Ann Chapman (Larry) of St. Louis, Jeanne Kramer of St. Louis, Greg Kramer (Karen) of St. Louis and Dave Kramer (Rachel) of St. Louis. He is also survived by grandchildren.
