He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin Oliver and Beatrice Daniels Oliver; his wife Imogene Laird Oliver; his sister Rose Clewis; and his daughter-in-law Malinda Snell Oliver.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Oliver (Shana), Jacki Outlaw (Jeff) and Johnny Oliver; his grandchildren, Katie Manuel (Chris), Tyler Outlaw (Callie), Stephen Oliver, Sarah McLaughlin (Rane) and Olivia Outlaw; and his great grandchildren, Harvey McLaughlin, Prosser McLaughlin and Reese Manuel.
