She is survived by: her husband William Bryan Phillips; her son John Tobias Tant of Big Spring, TX; her parents, Brian Douglas and Nancy Eldridge Douglas; her siblings, Natasha Quebec of Ozark, Ashley Douglas of Ozark and Michael Douglas; her parents-in-law, Stephanie Senn and Robert William Phillips (Amanda); and her sister-in-law Nikki Leatherwood (Shane).
