He was predeceased by: his parents, Vela Mae Snell and Orie Lee Snell Sr. During; his grandparents, John and Tawdy Neal; and his siblings, Betty McLeod, Carolyn Snell, Kathy Biggoms and Sammy Lee Reynolds.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Snell; his daughter Katrice Snell; his stepsiblings, Shamika Byrd, Reginald Byrd, Nakeia Martinez and Renata Martinez; his granddaughters, Janisha Williams and Kaelynn Pitts; and his siblings, Forest Neal Jr. (Carolyn), Orie Lee Snell Jr. (Linda), Tawdy McGlon (Nathaniel), Lizzie Flowers (Delbert) and Priscilla Dyck (Pierre). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
