He is survived by: his wife Diane of Ozark; his son Jason of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his sister Darlene Crutchfield of Pensacola, Florida; his uncle Raymond; his aunt Willie Nell Long of Athens, Tennessee; his siblings-in-law, Robert (Bobby) and Connie Baker of Ozark; his nieces and nephews, Danielle Baker of Ozark, Lauren Logan of Ozark, Katie Baker of Ozark, Brian Baker and Michael Logan of Ozark; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hollie Baker, Natalie Baker, Mary Phillips Logan of Ozark, Luke Logan, Gavin Baker and Will Logan of Ozark; and his pet Tre.
