She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus C. Price and Drema Agnes Rice Price; and her siblings, Patsy Engle, Judith Meeker, Betty Ann Sallie and Thomas Mark Price.
She is survived by: her husband Max Baer Kelley of Ozark; her children, Florence Harris (Ralph, Jr.) of Ozark, Shawn Kelley (Linda) of Newton, Richard Kelley (Lora) of Slocomb, Ray Kelley and Bo Kelley of Ozark; her sisters, Barbara McCloud of Michigan and Billie Schuette of Eufaula; her grandchildren, Danielle Clark, Victoris Harris, Samantha Sims, Savannah Kelley, Blake Kelley, Macayla Watson and Hunter Kelley; and her great grandchildren, Allison Clark, Emma Clark and Ivey Kelley.
