He is survived by: his wife Carrie Lee Smith; his children, Tajuanna M. Mabry (Terry), Michael D. Smith (Yashica) and Jeffrey P. Smith (Xaviar); his sister Rhonette Strapp; his sisters-in-law, Bettye Carter of Albany, Mary Poindexter of Albany, Dollie Jackson of Albany, Annie Doris Howard, Georgia, Earnestine Jackson, Sandra Smith and Janice Smith; his grandchildren, Anthony Mack, Nicholas Mack, Benjamin Smith, Miya Smith, Michaela Smith, Jaydeon Smith, Monae Smith, D'Andre Yarbrough, Dasia Smith and Daymiane Smith; and his great grandchildren, Yoite Mack, Karter Smith, Tsuki Mack, Raiu Mack and Leilani Shepherd. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
