She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Hawkins and Mabel E. Cone Hawkins. She is survived by: her children, Regina Lubonski (Ron) of Merritt Island, FL, Tammie Uecker (Glen) of Shawnee, OK, Mark Grimes (Sarah) of Monroe, GA and David Grimes (Lisa) of Muskogee, OK; her grandchildren, Luke Grimes, Leah Armistead, Lance Grimes, Adam Beasley, William Beasley, Stacey Kehayias, Jonathan Uecker, Rebecca Ley and Brittney Lubonski; her great grandchildren, Acea McCarra, Ashton Beasley, Landon Beasley, Aiden Beasley, Greyson Beasley, Lily Kehayias, Juliana Kehayias, Matthew Kehayias, Landon Kehayias, Kai Uecker, Addilyn Ley and Levi Ley; and her siblings, Christine Haney of Ocala, FL, Jimmy Hawkins (Melba) of Merritt Island, FL, Donald Hawkins of Alabama and Ronald Hawkins of Alabama. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
