It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Reid Parsons of Ozark, Alabama, born in Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on November 30, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Hardaker and Mildred Reid Hardaker; and her husband William A. Parsons. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. William A. Parsons Jr. (Leigh) of Franklin, TN, Mark E. Parsons (Alta Jean) of St. Augustine Beach, FL, Gary G. Parsons, Gregory A. Parsons (Susan) of Tallahassee, FL, Robert P. Parsons (Melissa) of Ozark and Richard G. Parsons (Ginger) of Tallahassee. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
