She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Curry Spivey and Delphine Johnson Spivey. She is survived by: her son Adam D.; her daughter-in-law Crystal Segars; her siblings, Catherine Bass (Steve) of Abbeville and Darrell Spivey (Peggy) of Ozark; her grandchildren, Hanna Segars and Hunter Segars; her nieces, Dawn Blalock (Chris) and Karen Barefoot (Rusty); and her nephew Matthew Spivey.
