It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Marie Mason of Ozark, Alabama, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mathis and Eva Mathis; her husband George Mason; her children, Steve Stockman and Laurie Richards; her grandson Michael Richards; and her sister Leola Mathis.
She is survived by: her children, James G. Cook, Clenten Cook and Theresa Wackowski (Stephen); her grandchildren, Jennifer M. Stockman, Crystal R. Hill, Kimberly M. Montgomery, Samantha C. Snowman, Amanda Richards, Matthew Cook, Nicholas Cook and Lauren Cook; her great grandchildren, Virginia Bass, Mason Hill and Hunter Cook; and her siblings, David Mathis, Carolyn Parrish and Cleo Pureaka. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
