She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leonard Kellogg, Sr. and Margaret McCarthy Kellogg; her husband David Norris Smith; her brother Joseph L. Kellogg, Jr.; and her granddaughter Caitlin Rose.
She is survived by: her children, David Smith, Jr. (Ann) of Breaux Bridge, LA, Victoria Shaffer of Ozark, Michael Smith (Cindy) of Ozark, Steven Smith (Jennifer), Theresa Smith and Julie LeMonte (David). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
