He is survived by: his children, Terry Douglas Johnson, Rehobeth, Michelle Daniel, Britney Gosselin and Trevor Johnson; and his siblings, Tommy Johnson (Susie), Lillian Cox of River Grove, Pat Austin of River Grove, Johnnie Mae Reisner (Gary) and Georgia.
