It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Harper of Ozark, Alabama, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Fenn and Nealie Fenn; her husband James Ozell Harper; and her daughter-in-law Brigitte Harper. She is survived by: her children, James Jr., Frederick, Kenneth, Calvin Harper and Cheryl Harper of Ozark; her niece Janice Fenn; and her friends, Gloria Floyd, Pam Silavent and Clara Fryer. She is also survived by three sisters, one brother and three sisters in law.
