She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Larry Butler and Martha Ann Napier Butler. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Burt; her children, Ashley Welch (Jon), Dylan Danner (Halie) of Ozark, Nash Burt of Ozark and Trent Burt (Samantha); her brothers, Edward Butler and Dewayne Butler; her grandchildren, Preslee, Paxton and Kyleigh; and her close friends, Joyce Davidson, Donna Thompson and Tina Beasley.
