He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Johnson (Daniel); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Nicole and Stephen Johnson; his siblings, Don Welch, Diane Jackson and Dee Davis; the mother of his children Rhonda Whittington; and his close friend Stephanie Sauls.
