He is survived by: his significant other Syble Jeanette Johnson Wright; his children, Andrea Wright (Tony Edgar), Brett (Camille Lasseter) and Eric; and also Betty Hunt.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Westview Heights United Methodist Church, 512 Camilla Avenue, Ozark, Alabama 36360; or to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
