He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Woodham; his stepmother Lillian Smith Woodham; his siblings, Annie Myrle Williams (Ed) and David Woodham (Shirley); his father-in-law Tommie Eston Baldwin (Fannie Pearl); and his brother-in-law Tommy Baldwin (Twila).
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Baldwin Woodham of Ozark; his children, Chellie Phillips (Jim) of Morland, Georgia and Paul Woodham (Carol) of Ozark; his brother Donald Woodham (Mingonette) of Ozark; and his granddaughter Brittany Alviz-Ericson.
