He is survived by: his wife Floradelis O'Keefe of Ozark; his sons, James O'Keefe (Lindsay) of Fayetteville and Michael O'Keefe of Nova Scotia; his grandchildren, Dailah O'Keefe and Ezra O'Keefe of Fayetteville, Georgia; and his siblings, Gigi O'Keefe (Rita) of Massachusetts, Sean O'Keefe of Rhode Island, Patricia Petit of Rhode Island and Maureen Dattolie of Rhode Island.
