He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Robert Woodham, Jr. and Dorothy Louise "Dottie" Thompson Woodham. He is survived by: his wife Alice Anne Breeze Woodham of Ozark; his children, Rebecca Dawley (Justin) of Ariton, James Woodham and Ashley Woodham of Ozark; his brothers, Gary Woodham (Karen) of Kentucky and Doug Woodham (Susan) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Sophia Louise Dawley, Barrett Cash Dawley and Maison Woodham.
