Cook Daleville (Myong); her siblings, Lucille Johnson and Elwood Crutchfield; her grandchildren, Tara Caldwell, Lindsay Hull, Camille Gelston, Adam Cook, Jacob Cook and Noah Cook; and her great grandchildren, Samuel Kalama, Isaac Kalama, Shea Kalama, Charlie Hull, Claire Hull, Hannah Hull, Winston Hull, William Hull, Teva Gelston, June Gelston and Rowan Gelston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
