She was predeceased by: her father James Meadows. She is survived by: her sons, James Dendy, Matthew Koch and Scott Koch; her mother Marilyn Catrett (Wayne); her sister Amanda Caudle; and her aunts, Peggy McVay (Lavon) and Brenda Peacock (Tommy). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
