He is survived by: his wife Hilda Morgan Skinner; his children, Walter Stuart Skinner, Robin Mitchell (Todd) and Hayley Conaway Harris (Chad); his grandchildren, Nathan Freese (Lindsey), Morgan Sims (Caleb), Hayden Robinson (Chandler), Jack Harris and Benjamin Harris (Dell); his great grandchildren, Millie and Silas Sims; and his siblings-in-law, Dickie Morgan (Mary) and Stacia Barnes.
