He is survived by: his children, Tammy Shaw of Ozark, Bobby Joe Shaw Jr. (Cheri) of Blackwoods and Scotty Shaw (Annie) of Ozark; his grandchildren, Jennifer Nicole Thomas, Blaisha Rena Shaw, Jayci Brianne Dankert and Lily Margaret Shaw; and his siblings, Patricia Shaw (Chuck) of Ozark and Robert Lee Shaw, Jr. (Sherry) of Troy.
