She was predeceased by: her parents, William Whittle and Bettie Whittle (Logan). She is survived by: her husband Ronald Edwin Kozlowski; her daughters, Kate Kozlowski Isler (Brian Isler) and Elizabeth Kozlowski Siegle (Gabriel Siegle); and her grandchildren, Aiden, Bryce, Colton, Evangeline, Calliope and Penelope.
