It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Shaffield Brown (Ozark, Alabama), born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Townson Shaffield and Raymond Frank Shaffield, Sr.; her husband Earl T. Brown; her son Earl Terry Brown; and her granddaughter Pandora Nicole Motley.
She is survived by: her children, Nanci Ludlam (Glenn Tappan) of Ozark, Kerry Brown (Faye) of Ozark and David Brown (Patti) of Collierville, TN; her daughter-in-law Jean Brown of Montgomery; her grandchildren, Matthew Brown, Christopher Motley, Jonathan Brown, Logan Brown, Jennifer Motley Miller, Carianne Brown Stinson and Caroline Brown; and her brother Frank Shaffield, Jr.. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
