She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Tola Cotten and Johnnie Lenora Bradley Cotten; and her sister Judy Smith. She is survived by: her children, Angie Shlam (Norman), Ann Marie Cook (Daniel) and Jordan McCall of Ozark; her sister Rebecca Conley of Kissimmee, FL; her grandchildren, Josh Shlam, Chelsea Shlam Hyde (J. C.), Trevor Shlam and Trotter Cook; and her great grandchildren, Jaysea Rayne Hyde and Delaney Hyde.
It is requested that all attendees honor COVID-19 protocols by wearing masks and use social distancing.
