She is survived by: her daughters, Amber, Jeanette Perkins (Jim), Cindy Holman and Michelle Hughes; her grandchildren, Alex Perkins (Halie), Blake Perkins, Kellie Perkins, Cody Busbee, Amber Brackin and Tyler Williamson; her great grandchildren, Noah Busbee, Zakkary Williamson and Riley Perkins; and her grandchildren, Amber Whittaker, Kevin, Wyatt, Elias, Maxim and Briar Watrose.
