He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernett Joel Jergenson, Sr. and Lillian Leona Smith Jergenson. He is survived by: his pet Bernie Jr. A; his wife Monique Kampf Jergenson of Ozark; his son Mark Lee Jergenson of Pensacola; and his siblings, Judith Ann Edwards (Donald) of Benson, Minnesota, Joel Jergenson (Sharon) of Willmar and Lee Roy Jergenson (Marilyn) of Lincoln, Nebraska..
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holman Funeral Home Chapel (995 S Union Ave, Ozark, AL 36360). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Attn: Memorial Giving, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105; or to the Ozark-Dale County Humane Society, P. O. Box 2502, Ozark, Alabama 36361.
