It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Phillips of Ozark, Alabama, who passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Betty Phillips; his grandson Robert Allen Phillips; his sister Ann Phillips Ealum; and his former wife Ilona Phillips.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Phillips; and his brother Robert Paul Phillips, Jr..
