We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2024, at the age of 80, Arnet Richardson of Ozark, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Arnet departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Arnet may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Arnet leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Sample and Mattie Louise Sample; her brothers, Willie Dallas Sample and Larry Sample; and her close friend Veron Edwards.

She is survived by: her sons, Caleb and Lynwood Richardson.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Missionary Baptist Church (642 Andrews Ave, Ozark, AL 36360). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at the Ozark City Cemetery.
