She was predeceased by: her father Harrison Eutsey; her husband Charlie Carter; her mother Essie Mae Eutsey; her siblings, Burne Eutsey, George Eutsey, James Griffin (Peter), Leroy Eutsey of Ore Eutsey, P. J, R. B. Eutsey, Carrie B. Eutsey and Noone Eutsey; and her nephew Robert Reynolds, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Delma Williams of Ozark and Eddie Eutsey (Renia) of Ozark; her grandchildren, Johnny Reynolds, Eddie Eutsey, Jr. (Tomeyka) and Omeca Eutsey (Robert); and her great grandchildren, LaTiffiny Barrow, Nicole McKinney (Adrian), Johnny Reynolds, Jr., Essence Reynolds, Myia Reynolds, Anfernee Feagin, Tamiyah Eutsey, Kameron Eutsey, Harmoni Eutsey, Brittany Eutsey and Nathan Eutsey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
