He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Tyre and Lola Tyre; his former wife Ingrid Tyre; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Margarita Tyre; his children, Marty Tyre, Michael Tyre and Tammy Tyre; his grandchildren, Savannah McCartha, Josh McCartha, Justin Tyre, Jessie Tyre, Chris Tyre and Phillip Tyre; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Payton, Jessie, Lilly and Ryleigh; and his sister Pauline.
