He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Etheridge and Mary Jane Etheridge. He is survived by: his wife Bette Moore; his children, Barbara Jane Moore, Shasta Ward (Jeff), Tiffany Griffin (Adam), Devan Mose (Karina), Brigett Davenport (Lawrence), Betsy Mose and Nicholas Mose (Jimea Davenport); his siblings, Connie Saetang (Anusorn), Teresa Hendricks (Randy), Tom Moore (Rebekah) and Amelia Pryor (Tommy); his aunts, Jilda Thrasher (Billy) and Agnes Johnson (Don); and his uncle Dwight Moore (Anette). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
