He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Cobb McCareeth; his siblings, Sarah Kerr and James Leroy McCareeth (Exie); and his brother-in-law Lamar Cobb. He is survived by: his sons, Greg McCareeth (Donna) and Roger McCareeth (Leigh Anne); his grandsons, Dylan McCareeth, Cameron McCareeth and Ethan McCareeth; his sister Areaner Nappier (William); and his siblings-in-law, Loretta Bonner (Robert), Watha Cobb and Winfred Kerr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
