He is survived by: his wife Deborah Phillips; his siblings, Beverly Carlisle (Mike) and Greg Phillips (Leslie); his children, Rebecca Howard (Tyson), Bradley Burns (Amy), Treavor Biggers (Tristan), Trace Biggers (Presley), Ryan Biggers (Amanda), Chris Phillips (Maria) and Jennifer Niemotka; his great grandchild Adalynn Grace Rollins; his parents-in-law, Mary Ann and Don Dermody; and his brother-in-law Landon Jordan (Michelle). He is also survived by his friends and family.
