He was predeceased by: his brother Tom Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Jean Ellen Smith and Earl Smith; his daughter Lauren Wills; and his siblings, Teresa Thrasher (Randall), Tammy Borrelli (Donnie) and Tim Smith (Paige Mangham). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
