We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2022, at the age of 63, Susan Elaine Young of Oxford, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Susan Elaine Young to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her mother Melba Grizzard; and her siblings, Myra Wofford and Larry Grizzard. She is survived by: her husband William Young; her sons, Brenton Young (Amanda) and Tyler Young; her grandchildren, Barrett Young, Ellis Young, Emma Miller, Avery Young, Ryan Grizzard, Abby Grizzard, Kyleigh Grizzard, Elaina Clements and Julia Clements; her siblings, Wanda Yancey (Dwayne), Gerald Grizzard (Sylvia) and Terry Grizzard (Jan); and her brother-in-law Jim Young (Carolyn). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind (AIDB), 205 South Street East, Talladega, AL 35160 (http://www.aidb.org) or to the United Cerebral Palsy of East Central Alabama, 415 Castle Avenue, Anniston, AL 36205 (http://www.eaucp.org).
