She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Burnham and Clifford P. Mathews; her stepfather Hillard D. Burnham; and her siblings, Sam Burnham and Terry Burnham.

She is survived by: her husband James Underwood; her daughter Lynn Trussell (Bill); her granddaughter Stephanie Watkins (Peter); and her siblings, Susan Clark, Mary Parker and Connie Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
