He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Green; his parents, Ben Green and Bernice Green; and his brother Michael Green. He is survived by: his children, Allison Green Morgan (John) and Jason Green (Brandi); his grandchildren, Peyton Morgan, Gracie Morgan, Dakota Green, Darby Green and Carly Green; and his siblings, Kenny Green (Judy) and Sandra Green Brown.
