She was predeceased by: her parents, J. V. Stephens and Ressie Stephens; her sisters, Mary Miller (William) and Wanda Gaither; and her sister-in-law Shirley "Gigi" Stephens.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Hicks; her children, Veronica Tillman (James), Steve Hicks (Pam) and Ronald Hicks (Cristy); and her siblings, Carolyn Ogle (Dennis), Shirley Gaines (Wayne), Kay English and Arnold Stephens. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren.
