He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela Lewis Tetterton. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lewis; his daughter Tracy Lewis Dolin (Clinton); his brother William Clyde Lewis (Connie); and his son-in-law Josh Tetterton. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
