She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Faulkner; and her parents, Fred Lee Turner and Virginia Margaret Turner. She is survived by: her siblings, Terry Turner (Melanie) and Freda Lynn Ward (William); her niece Morgan Williams (Justin); her nephews, Lee Turner, Jason Ward (Jennifer), Patrick Ward (Mindy), Landon Ward and Aaron Busby; and her brother-in-law Sammy Busby.
