He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stoltz and Sarah Stoltz; and his brother John Stoltz. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Stoltz; his sons, Thomas Millington (Laura) and Douglas Millington (Kriste); his sister Marilyn Lehnis; his grandchildren, Grayson Millington, Maleigh Millington, Ansley Millington and Jadis; and his pet Sophie.
