He is survived by: his children, Josh Champion (Candace Robertson), Matt Champion (Lyndsay Champion), Jeremy Champion (Kayla Champion) and Heather Champion (Jeremy Tyson); and his siblings, Winford Champion (Patti Champion), Donna Posey (James Posey) and Denise Perry (Monroe Perry).
