She was predeceased by: her father Lester Jackson; her son Dana Raynard Lewis; and her siblings, Wilton, Leonard, Larry Jackson and Barbara Vaughn.

She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lewis of Casper, WY, Michele White (Henry) of Riverdale, GA, Bridgette Russell of Oxford, AL, Larry Lewis (Sonya) of Anniston, AL and Eric Lewis (Cara) of Mt. Juliet, TN; her sister Sarah Madden of Rochester, NY; and also Church. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
